Doll Hybrid: Neo Serenity

Another doll in my "glow-in-the-dark" collection. I didn't have access to Saran so I got the next best substitute: Glow in the Dark fishing lure thread.

This is going to be the last Usagi/Serenity I can make because this particular head is no longer in production.
